Out and About

All Schools Swimming Championships

On Thursday 5 March, 36 Frankston High School students competed against the most elite schools in the state at the Victorian All Schools Swimming Championships.

At the event our swimmers competed in relay teams, participating in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Medley events.  Our athletes made Frankston High School proud, as they displayed all of the outstanding qualities our students are known for.  Their conduct both in and out of the pool was outstanding. Well done team!

International Women’s Day

"International Women’s Day is always a day to acknowledge and reflect. Attending the Women’s Day breakfast each year with the local community and having that further exposure to perspectives and individual’s life stories is truly admirable.  Being surrounded by people with such passion and diversity is such a fortune in itself, and I’m always grateful to be part of the empowerment experienced by both men and women for #EachForEqual on the Wednesday morning.

"I was fortunate to attend the International Women’s Day breakfast at Mornington Race Course.  It was so empowering to hear so many strong women’s life stories and the dedication they have to improving other’s lives around the world.  The morning was full of support and positive energy.  I am so grateful to go along and witness the incredible leaders that stood before us!  Thank you to Mrs Sarah Bahramis, Ms Alarna Summers and Mr Adam Martin for organising us to attend and for attending this event.
