PHONE NUMBERS, WORK OR EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS

If there have been any changes to your address, phone number, work details or emergency contact details please notify the college so details can be updated.  This is particularly helpful if your child is unwell or has an accident at school and we need to contact families to make arrangements to pick them up from Sick Bay.  Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Reminders of Some School Rules

Uniform Procedure:

  • Students are expected to be in full school uniform at all times.
  • If out of uniform, students go to student reception and get a uniform pass
  • Where possible students will bring a note from home explaining the reason for being out of uniform and when this will be rectified.
  • Staff will ask any students not in uniform for their uniform pass
  • If student does not have a pass staff will document this on Compass and ask them to get one at recess.
  • Hats/beanies are not to be worn indoors.
  • If student does not get a pass at recess they will be given detention at lunchtime for failing to follow instructions.
  • If a student is continually out of uniform without an explanatory note from home, the Year Level Co-ordinator will follow up with home.
  • If student/family requires assistance with uniform supply due to financial difficulty then discuss with the Sub School Leader.

Mobile Phone Policy:

  • Students are to log their mobile phone/device at the IT office.
  • Students are not permitted to use mobile phones or earphones at school, at any time prior to 3:20 pm
  • If a student has their phone or earphones out in class or the yard staff will confiscate the item/s and log them at the IT office for parent collection.
  • Mobile phones should be turned off during the school day so that notifications do not come through to watches and other devices.

Yard Use & Lockers:

  • Students are not permitted to have food or drink in the playground area
  • Large ball games are to be played on the front oval
  • Students should not be on computer devices in the yard
  • Students who wish to work/play on an electronic device should go to the library
  • Students are not to have bags in the yard or classrooms and they need to be kept in their lockers.
  • Students are required to provide a lock for their locker.  Students are responsible for keeping their own items safe in a locked locker.

Sick Bay:

  • If a student is injured they should be escorted to sick bay
  • If a student is feeling unwell and would like to go home they should be escorted to sick bay where a parent/carer will be called to collect them.
