Darebin Council immunisation service

Darebin Council will be coming to school on Thursday 18 November to provide scheduled vaccinations for our students in Year 7 and 10.

• Year 7s with their second HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine 
• Catch up Year 10 Meningococcal vaccine for anyone who did not get it earlier in the year

Information and forms were already collected earlier in the year, so you do not need to do anything outside of having a conversation with your child to let them know.

Important information

Students must have a 7-day gap between any two vaccinations. We are flagging this to ensure students and families are aware there must be 7 days between this vaccination and a Covid-19 vaccination. The Darebin Immunization Team will be checking every student’s COVID vaccine status to ensure there has been 7 days in-between.
