FOOD TECH

100s and 1000s!

Year 9 Focus on Food students created some lovely packaged biscuits for the Mercy Sisters this week. They were happy to share their delicious vanilla biscuits and couldn’t resist the opportunity to action the heart shaped cutters and the 100s and 1000s!

The students made a huge impression with their specially packaged gifts and cards.

Our 13 Mercy Sisters at Mercy Place Aged Care, Parkville expressed heartfelt tears of gratitude, smiles, happy recognition of Academy and promises of thank you letters.

Spooky Food Tech

Things got a little spooky in the Food Tech room this week as Year 8 students created some creepy cupcakes for Halloween. A thick fog appeared to descend over the class although it turned out to be a cloud of icing sugar!
