Outdoor Mathematics 

The sunshine is amazing and we are making the most of it while we can.

 1/2B 200 Nights Home Reading!

This fortnight these superstars reach their 200 night home reading goal! Congratulations!

Literacy 

Information texts are being created in both 1/2 classes on a range of animals. We need to proof read our work and it requires the help of a unicorn or two to listen while we read our writing out loud and explain our scientific diagrams. 

Buddy Writing Session

Grade 5/6 invited 1/2B to join them in a buddy writing session. Some amazing stories were created.

Rainy Day Wet Day Timetable fun.

When it rains as much as it did last week, tables are moved and a game of Crab Soccer is just what everyone needs! Students are numbered off and when the number is called they have to crawl like a crab and try to kick a goal. 

Special Visitor

1/2A &1/2B were lucky to have the wonderful help of a special visitor last week. Matilda was with both the grades for work experience, and we LOVED having her help out in the classroom! COME BACK MATILDA! WE MISS YOU!
