2020 School Payments now on Compass for processing

Annual Parent Payments: Booklists, Essential Student Learning Items, Optional Items and Voluntary Financial Contributions for 2020 are now available for payment on Compass. If you wish to purchase the 2020 booklist through the school, please ensure payments have been made by Friday 13th December.

Payment Options

It is the school’s preference that all payments are made via the Compass Parent Portal (Course Confirmation & Payments) as you will be able to complete all annual school agreements required at the same time. Compass accepts Visa Debit and Credit cards.

Payment plans are also available if you pay via Compass.

This is the recommended option if you intend to pay for all essential and voluntary contributions, but perhaps cannot do so in a lump sum right now as Compass does not allow you to go back in to process remaining items at a later time.

Manual payments can also be made at the office by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.  If you choose this option you must still access Compass to complete the annual school agreements.

Manual payments will not be accepted over the phone or by writing credit card details on the bottom of the payment slip.

Donations to the Building Fund are tax deductable and a separate tax deductable receipt will be issued.

The State Government now provides a CSEF payment of $125.00 per child to go towards Camps, Swimming, Interschool Sports and Excursions.  To be eligible for this Fund you must be in possession of a Health Care Card which will be valid as at 29th January 2020. If you believe you are eligible for this payment, please come to the office to collect an application form.  Please do not pay any contributions for 2020 until you have completed this form and spoken to our Business Manager, Jan Cassidy.

Please contact the office if you have questions regarding payments or processes.
