Welcome Back to Term 4!

Hello Everyone,
I hope your holidays have been as fun and relaxing as mine and that you could get up to fun activities like I did. We were practising for the upcoming Cricket season, playing on my Wii gaming device, and catching up on movies.
My hopes for term 4 this year is that we have no more lockdowns and that we can have school life all back to normal.

I also want to say ‘hello’ and welcome to our new principal Mr Green. I hope you find all the children here welcoming, kind and bucket fillers, as we are a bucket filling school. I hope you enjoy your time here and guide and teach children for many years to come.

Hi Everyone,
Welcome back and welcome Mr Green. We’re all so excited for you to be our new principal and can't wait to meet you. I hope everyone’s holidays have been fun and relaxing. I had a very calm holiday. I hope you are all excited about term 4!  The last term for 2021!
See you soon!

A BIG Welcome Mr. Green to OLHC...

Mr Green has just commenced as the new Principal of OLHC and in his first week we have been testing him on the names of all the children and staff onsite.

He has been doing very well!

Just wait until we are all back together.

That will be a much harder test!

And even harder, when all parents are allowed onsite.

That will be really tricky but very special!

We all welcome Mr Green to OLHC. He has already begun to see what a wonderful school we are. Mr Green has enjoyed watching some children using ‘Planks’ to design, construct and have fun. He has been teaching the staff the words to the sign of the cross in Italian.

We have been telling Mr Green about MasterChef Denise’s fabulous cooking and her plans to cook via Zoom next Wednesday afternoon, October 13th at 2:15pm. Denise will be making yummy Cheesy Pizza Scrolls. We hope Mr Green likes them!

More details to come soon.

I wish everyone a happy and successful Term 4 whether learning is happening onsite or remotely. Please remember you can email me or ring the school office if I can offer any support for your child.
