K-6 Sport
Primary Sport
Students from Year 3-6 are participating in rotations through a variety of activities for sport. As part of the rotation each week, one class will be going Ten Pin Bowling at ‘Shake, Rattle and Roll’ and another will be heading to the Indoor Centre or King Fit while the other 6 classes will stay at school and participate in basketball, touch, indoor hockey, sofcrosse, cricket or tee ball. This week 5/6S will go Ten Pin Bowling ($5.00) and 3/4W will go to King Fit ($3.50). If you have any concerns, please contact Mrs Dal Santo.
Diocesan Winter Trials
Over the next few week’s Senior Primary students will trial for Netball, Soccer and 11yrs League and Opens League. These trials are for individual selections and are not for school teams. Only 4-6 students are chosen for each sport. If students are selected at a school level they must be available to go to Diocesan Trials on Friday 20 March in Inverell and then if gaining further selection, Polding Trials in Bathurst on Friday 1 May. If your child is selected at the school level, they will receive a note this week.

Secondary Sport
School Sport
Sport for the remainder of the term will be the secondary house competition with students participating in a rotation of different activities and games each week. Students are reminded to bring a hat and water bottle. After a washout last week the leader board is as follows: Johns 1107, Leos 945, Marks 495, Pauls 316.
Inverell League Tag Gala Day
Good luck to the U14’s and U16’s girls league tag teams playing in Inverell on Wednesday.
Diocesan Rugby League
Well done to Max Pianko, Lachlan Lutvey, Charlie Harris, Griffin Byrne, Will Hindley and Rishaad Ali who all played really well in the U15’s Diocesan rugby league trials in Tamworth last week. Congratulations to Charlie Harris and Griffin Byrne who were selected in team . They will now play against teams from the Lismore Diocese early next week in Lismore.
Diocesan Swimming Selections
Good luck to the following students who are attending the Armidale Diocesan Swimming Selections in Gunnedah on Thursday: Maggie Newton, Cas Marshall, Emma Brabant, Hunter Ribeiro, Sam McLennan, Livinia Whyte, Jock Hollis, Harry Schneider, Hannah Ditchfield and Sophie Mijic.
