IMMUNISATION RECORDS
Have you provided us with your child’s most up to date immunisation record?
We require this record as soon as possible after your child receives any new immunisation.
HATS, DRINK BOTTLES & SPARE CLOTHES
Please ensure that you provide a hat , drink bottle and a couple of sets of spare clothes for your child each day. We also ask that you please label all of your child's belongings to ensure all items can be returned if they are left behind.
TRANSITION FORM
At the end of last year, we sent out a transition form for all families to complete. The aim of this form was to assist families to provide vital information to our educators in relation to their child. It also assisted families to set goals for their children. If you have not yet done so, please return these as soon as possible. There are copies available in our parent library, alternatively, please speak to Simone if you require another copy.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN (QIP)
You may have noticed our QIP on the wall as you walk into the centre. Please feel free to write comments about what you feel are our strengths and what are the areas you feel we can improve on. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive for continuous improvement.
