What has been happening at Happy Days ELC... 

SYDNEY TRAINS VISIT

During the month of January we had a visit from Sydney Trains to discuss train safety.

The three main things that the team wanted the children to learn were;

1. Remember to always stand behind the yellow line....

2. Mind the gap and remember to take a big step when hopping on or off the train.

3. Always hold an adults hand.

The session was really interactive and was a great opportunity for learning for the children.

FIRE FIGHTERS & VOLUNTEERS CELEBRATION DAY

We held a celebration day for our Fire Fighters and Volunteers where the children were invited to dress up as their favourite volunteer or Australian animal. We had a number of planned experienced and  also welcomed a face painter to the service. 

FAREWELL TO OUR CHILDREN LEAVING FOR BIG SCHOOL

At the end of January we said farewell to  a large group of our Emu class. It was a bitter sweet moment as we wished the children and families all the very best for their next big adventure as their education journey continues.
