Around The Primary
Dear Parents
Today we celebrated John XXIII Day in fine style!
Our whole school community commenced the day with a lovely Mass in the St Louis Sports Centre.
The students then visited the mini fete, superbly organised by our Year 5 and 6 students. The proceeds raised through the stalls will go to Mary Ward International and Jesuit Missions.
The fun and games continued in the afternoon – Rebecca Flanagan, an amazing storyteller visited Pre-Kindy, Pre-Primary and Year One. Years 1, 2, 5 and 6s were entertained by Kaboom (drumming incursion). Our Year 3 and 4s thoroughly enjoyed participating in a Soccer competition on the Secondary ovals.
Special thanks to all the staff for their hard work behind the scenes to ensure the students had a fun-filled day.
Everyone had a magnificent time!
Kind regards
Antoinette De Pinto
Head of Primary
