Parents' Association

John XXIII College Parents' Association meetings are held every term. We encourage all parents to come along to hear updates from our Parent Committees and College Leadership Team, and to vote on how our Parents' Association funds are spent. Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 23 August at 7pm, directly after the Catholic Schools long weekend break. 

 

The deadline for Term 3 funding submissions and agenda inclusions is 5pm this afternoon, Friday 5 August. All proposals submitted after this deadline will be considered at our Term 4 meeting (unless prior arrangements have been made).

 

All funding proposals eligible to be voted on at this Term’s Meeting will be published in the College Newsletter next Friday 12 August, along with a full meeting agenda. If your proposal is successful, you will also receive a separate confirmation email with an invitation to present your proposal at the meeting.

 

We look forward to seeing all interested parents at our Term 3 meeting at 7pm on Tuesday 23 August.
