A Fortnight in Review

I would like to thank those families who attended the Meet the Principal evening last Tuesday.  It was a wonderful occasion to hear Sam’s heart and to meet his family.  A thank you must also go to the team of helpers that prepared for the evening meal. 

As the term quickly draws to a close, I would just like to remind families that Primary Swimming will take place each day in Week 7 and the Primary Presentation evening is scheduled for Wednesday 11 December beginning at 6:30pm. Students are asked to be present in their classroom by 6:15pm for attendance to be taken.

Our next Primary Assembly will be held on 20 November, beginning at 2:25pm.  This will be our last assembly for the year.  During this assembly, we will be presenting students, who participated in ICAS assessments as well as Premier’s Reading Challenge, with their awards/medallions. You are very welcome to join us on this occasion.

Over the next two weeks we have:

Week 5 - SACSA Basketball (revised dates):

• Wednesday 13 November – Yr 4/5 Boys
• Thursday 14 November – Year 4/5 Girls and 6/7 Girls
• Friday 15 November – Year 6/7 Boys

Humanity Award goes to  . . . . 

On 30 October 2019 Eden Baker went to the SA Humanity Awards ceremony at the Adelaide Town Hall and was awarded the Fred Hollows Humanity Award.

There were 26 award winners chosen from hundreds of nominees, from across South Australia.

Primary Swimming - Week 7

Below is a schedule for Primary Swimming.  This will take place during Week 7 (25/11 – 29/11).  If parents would like to attend, you are more than welcome.  Consent forms and a more detailed letter with the timetable came home with your child this week.
