2021 Holiday Program Bookings

TeamKids are our new Before, After and Vacation Care service provider at Great Ryrie Primary.

 

TeamKids’ OSHC service commences with Vacation Care during the summer holidays! The Before and After Care will begin on the Curriculum Day at the start of the year, on the 27th January, 2021. 

 

We’re looking forward to meeting our very own full-time Director of Service who will be dedicated to our school. The Director of Service and their team will offer outstanding care and experiences for our students.

 

All families will need to register for free for Before and After Care with TeamKids. 

 

If you have not used TeamKids before then you will need to register your child and add your bookings.

If you have used TeamKids before, please contact their Customer Service Team and they will link your account. You will then just need to add your desired bookings.

Family statements were sent home last week. 

2021 Parent Payments look a little different next year.

 

You will notice that:

  1. Next year, students will be receiving Student Packs! These can be collected from the office in 2021 on the dates specified below. If you don’t not collect your child’s pack from the office on these dates, the pack will be sent straight to your child’s classroom ready for the start of the year.
  2. There is no Activities Payment option in 2021. All excursions and incursions are provided on a user-pay basis and will be managed through Compass.
  3. There are a few changes to the Voluntary Financial Contributions. We now have an Education Contribution, a Sporting Equipment Contribution and a Performing Arts Contribution. Please take the time to read through these. We greatly appreciate and value the longstanding generosity of our wonderful school community.
  4. There is a 6 monthly payment plan option commencing in January 2021.

Book Pack collection dates:

  • Thursday 21st January from 8.30am to 3.30pm
  • Friday 22nd January from 8.30am to 3.30pm
  • Wednesday 27th January from 8.30am to 3.30pm

Please note, Essential Education Items must be paid for in full before packs can be collected, unless there is Parent Payment Plan in place. If you have paid for Essential Education Items, but do not collect your child’s student pack, the student pack will be will be taken to your child’s classroom ready for the first day of school.

 

When can I pay for the 2021 Parent Payments?

 

Payments are due Thursday 28th January 2021. We recognise that many parents/carers will prefer to make their school payment for 2021, before the end of 2020. We are able to receive any parent payments for 2021, at any time during the school day, from now until the end of term 4.
