Term 2 Interschool Sport

Term two promises to be a busy term with interschool sport competitions.

The following a scheduled sporting dates that many students have signed up to compete in.

• Friday 6th May: WHC Interschool Athletics Team Competition > Landy Field.
• Thursday 12th May: Intermediate Boys & Girls AFL Competition > McDonalds & Winters Reserve.
• Friday 13th May: WHC House Cross-Country Competition > WHC 
• Thursday 19th May: Senior Boys & Girls AFL Competition > McDonalds & Winters Reserve.
• Tuesday 24th May: Year 8 Sports Competition: Boys AFL, Girls Netball, Boys Badminton 
• Thursday 26th May: Year 7 Sports Competition Boys AFL, Girls Netball, Yr8 Boys & Girls Soccer.
• Monday 30th May: Geelong Region Interschool Cross-Country > Eastern Gardens
• Tuesday 7th June: Junior & Intermediate Boys Netball, Junior Girls (Yr7&8) AFL

REMINDER TO ANY YEAR 7 STUDENT WHO MISSED THEIR IMMUNISATIONS AT SCHOOL. 

• Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine dose 1 = 1 injection (2 doses 6 months apart)
• Diphtheria-tetanus-whooping cough booster vaccine= 1 injection

CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund)

Please see below Information for Parents in relation to the Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund.

Any student new to Western Heights College in 2022 (including Year 7 students), who meet the criteria for CSEF, will need to complete an application form (the link for which is below) or you can obtain a form from the College Office. 

Eligibility criteria is included in the application form. 

Applications close on June 24, 2022 and no late applications are accepted.
