Term 1 School House Captains 

Each year six students from Grade 5 and 6 that demonstrate and exhibit our 

school values are selected to be House and Vice House Captains for Conolly, 

Gannon and Toepfer. 

Caleb and Violet were selected to be House and Vice House Captains for Conolly House. Both students are truly ready to step up and be fantastic leaders. We wish you all the best in your new roles.

Hello, my name is Caleb Brown and I am the Conolly House Captain for 2022. 

Being a student leader is important to me because I enjoy helping students and teachers. I believe that I will be a good role model who will always encourage the younger grades to do their best. A strength of mine is that I’m a reliable person. This means I can be trusted to help set up and pack up at all of the school carnivals. I also feel that I’m an approachable person so I’m always happy to listen and talk to anyone. 

I will set an example for the younger grades by participating in every race. It is also my job to cheer on my team so they never give up. I hope this year Conolly all try their best! 

I am Violet and am the Vice-Captain for Conolly. 

What it means to me as a student leader is to see all the students shine in what they do best. The skills that I will bring into this role are my organisational and leadership skills. I will give so much spirit and joy to this team and I will help in any event. I promise to give all my energy to this team and show them what Conolly is made of and give it all I've got.
