New - Wedding celebrations
It was a beautiful morning for a wedding! The Lower Years celebrated Natalie’s upcoming nuptials in style.
New - Harmony Week
Harmony Week ~ What a great week it was celebrating that 'everyone belongs' and that ALL our differences makes Australia a great place to live.
We gathered together throughout the week to eat together and share stories, to pray and to parade around to show our amazing costumes on our dress-up day. We saw a sea of orange, along with many superheroes, nurses, and firefighters just to name a few. It was so nice was it to be able to gather together, with the sun shining and the smiles on the kid's faces were pure joy.
We will give a total of how much money we were able to raise for Caritas on our out of Uniform day. Thank you to Judd Emanuelli (1/2 CS) and our Year 6 Social Justice Team for helping to organise the day.
New - Happenings from the Foundation Years
The Preps have had a great start to the year and are showing their strength and resilience in participating in new and challenging experiences.
They paraded as Super Heroes and learnt that Super Heroes aren't always obvious!
They led the Holy Week Liturgies by performing in a play about Jesus entering Jerusalem, and they have been enjoying their exploration into the Easter Bunny.
They are well and truly ready for a holiday (as are their teachers!) but can't wait to be back for a new term after the break.
