School Council 2023

It was really positive to see that we had so many parents wanting and willing to contribute to our school and I am pleased to announce the result that the Blackburn Primary School Council for 2023.

I would like to extend an enormous thank you to Andrea Nazzari, Nicole Wernert, Ben Sommerville and Cindy Kozel for their time, commitment and support given to Blackburn Primary School.

The AGM will be held on Monday 27th March, where a School Council President, Vice President and Treasurer will be elected. We will report on this meeting in the next newsletter to inform the community who the office bearers for 2023 are. 

A part of school council is the formation of our sub-committees to support the work of the school and the School Council. If you would like to get involved and have expertise in a particular area we would welcome you to join the sub-committees in the following areas - 

• Finance
• P&F
• Policy
• Grounds and Maintenance
