The Principal's Desk

A Few Words From The Principal

Dear parents, families and friends,

Welcome back to Term 4! Today is the last day of Remote Learning.

Myself, along with tall the staff of St. Augustine's, cannot wait to see all the students return. It has been a long time. With minimal students and staff onsite over the last term, the school has been a very quiet place.

However, there has been some busy work happening. New artificial turf has been installed on the senior yard, creating a greener and cleaner space that will encourage more passive activities in this space. Many of the wooden seats have been sanded and restained. The beautification of our school continues slowly, thanks to the efforts of Frank Chindamo, our part time gardener and maintenance man.

Towards  the end of Term 3 we had a number of workshops for students, parents and staff as part of the consultation process for the new School Master Plan. Attached below is a copy of the questions asked during these sessions. If you weren't part of the focus groups and would like to have input, please download the document attached below and return via email to me.
