Pavilion Upgrade

The Hawthorn Malvern Management Centre (HMHC) Board is working steadily behind the scenes to progress the building renovations.  Plans and funding are being finalised and we've just obtained some great 3D images hot off the press from Kirby Architects that we can share with you.  Next newsletter we hope to have some details about building dates, timelines and final plans.

HMHC Board membership

The HMHC board is made up of three representatives each from TEM and Hawthorn Hockey Clubs.  They manage the facility on behalf of the clubs, this includes everything to do with the pitches and clubrooms.  TEM representatives are Tony Dudley, Rob MacPhie and until recently Carol McKenzie.  Reluctantly, Carol has resigned due to her demanding role as Nurse Unit Manager, Intensive Care Unit, Maroondah Hospital.

"I am glad to have been an active member of HMHC for some years, to have been part of the work achieved and our collective desire to work collaboratively to accomplish great things for our community and the sport we all love."

On behalf of all our members, we extend a big thank you to Carol for her contribution to the club, and also for her extremely dedicated and tireless work in healthcare.
