The men’s section recently came together to relive the Premier League Reserves 2019 grand final heroics against Camberwell. That Adam Bailey triple save is just as sweet a year on. As Hugh said at the time, six years ago the club nearly got relegated from VL1. Since then, the top two squads have played in 6 out of 10 possible finals series, played in four grand finals and won three (VL1, VL1R and now MPLR). But even more importantly has built a culture that includes all and puts club first. As we move towards Christmas, stay tuned on the socials and newsletters – as soon as restrictions are lifted, we will be back. While we cannot be on the pitch for finals this year, the effort we put in now will mean that next September will be even better.  We still do not know what the 2021 season will look like, but we are making sure that whatever the format we get to play as much as possible. Keep your eyes out for further updates from us on the season dates.

What we do know is that games will be kicking off early, so it might be a good idea to get on the track now and save yourself that uncomfortable first hill sprint with John. Look after yourself and each other, stay connected and if you are having a tough time reach out. It doesn’t take much to ask a mate if they're ok.
