The Wilhelmina program enhances the participation of children from our local community who experience barriers in accessing community soccer. Through the program we prioritise the participation of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse children, through waiving fees and by offering other support these players and their families might need. We started the program in 2019 with four children, and this season the program has grown to eight participants, boys and girls in different age groups and playing at various levels.

 

At the moment we have vacancies in the U12 and U13 girls teams (year of birth 2008 and 2007) and the U13 boys team (2007). If there are any students from your school who might be interested in playing soccer and would benefit from participating in this program (while we prioritise players with a CALD background the program is not limited to this group), I would love to hear from you to see how we can help.
