Medical Plans / Medication

If your  child has a medical condition, then we must have a medical / action plan so that we can treat your child if necessary.

Children returning to school next week must provide plans and medication to the school office. Please phone the school office to arrange a suitable time - 9498 3396.

Ensuring your child is ready for Term 4

In some ways students returning to school for Term 4 will be a little like the beginning of the year, especially for the younger students, and Preps in particular.

Please ensure your child is well prepared for the school day and  has:

adequate lunch and food for the day (no more going to the fridge anytime!)

water bottle - this is most important as the water bubblers will not be in use at school

a change of clothes in case of accidents (i.e. not making it to the toilet in time)

Arrival and departure times

It is important that students arrive on time to commence class together with their classmates. Late arrivals are a disruption to the whole class and to the teacher and it is a disadvantage to your child.

If you need to collect your child early, please phone the office in the morning of that day and advise the time and we will have your child waiting at the office for you. Please be punctual and ring the doorbell on arrival.

If your child is sick and needs to go home, the office will call you to collect your child who will wait in the first aid room until you arrive.

We appreciate your assistance as we all remain Covid safe.

Camp, Sports & Excursion Fund

The 2020 CSEF application deadline has been extended,

  • Final eligibility date for CSEF in 2020 has been extended from 14 April until 5 October 2020.
  • Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. The normal special consideration arrangements continue in addition.
  • Payments will be made at 50 per cent of the standard per student rates for families eligible between 15 April and 5 October 2020.
  • Applications must be submitted to the school office by 26 November 2020.
  • CSEF usage is normally restricted to camps, sports and excursions activities. As there is limited opportunity to undertake these activities this year, it was announced in term 2 that CSEF could be used for technology devices and internet access. CSEF usage has now been expanded further to include voluntary school charges, books and stationery. It may not be used for school uniforms, before/after school care, music lessons, formals/graduations or compulsory fees.

The Application form is attached and needs to be emailed to us along with a copy of your valid Healthcare card prior to 26 November.
