Miss Toohey's Artists

Miss Toohey’s Artist of the Week is Alisa (6MR) for her amazing manga style self-portrait. She demonstrated great perseverance and dedication whilst refining her drawing skills over three weeks. Alisa is an incredibly talented artist and I am so proud of her.

Miss Toohey’s final Artist of the Week for 2019 is Sue (5JK) for her stunning painted paper collage. Taking inspiration from artist Tai Snaith, Sue has created a beautiful representation of a positive change she is making in the world by growing her own vegetables at home. She has layered each element so carefully and shown great patience throughout the task.
