Dear Parents and Carers,
Students K-5 have had their transition day to their 2023 classroom and to meet their teachers and skilled adults for the 2023 school year. There was much excitement and anticipation from staff and students alike.
Classes and Staff for 2023 are:
Kindergarten: Miss Anna Fraser, Ms Breanna Todd and Mrs Belinda Williams;
Year 1: Miss Nicolette Myers, Mrs Michelle Paull and Mrs Nicole Trotter;
Year 2/3: Mr Mitchell Beaumont, Mrs Kristie Mitchell and Mrs Kate Holden;
Year 4: Miss Emily Maunder, Miss Emily McDonald and Mrs Belinda McNeill;
Year 5/6: Miss Isabella Rasche, Miss Leah Summerell and Mrs Renae Catlett.
On Wednesday evening we will formally farewell our Year 6 students with a Mass commencing at 6.00 p.m. at St Michael's Church followed by dinner at the Manilla Golf Club. This is always a highlight on the calendar for our senior students and we look forward to a wonderful evening of celebration and 2022 highlights.
On Thursday morning, we will host the Annual Awards Assembly at school commencing at 10.00 a.m. This assembly will affirm every student for their contribution to the 2022 school year, with special awards presented in each class and some perpetual awards presented across various grades within the school. After the assembly, we will move to Manilla Pool for an afternoon pool party. Everyone is welcome to attend. There will be a free sausage sizzle for lunch and drinks will be available to purchase.
We look forward to a wonderful last week at St Michael's for the 2022 school year.
Warm Regards,
Bronwyn Underwood
