FOLLETT ROAD STREETSCAPE
GRADE 2 INCURSION
Year 2 are investigating how the environment impacts living things in Humanities and life cycles in our ‘Watch it Grow’ unit for Science. To support these units, Wild Action Zoo visited our school to introduce students to some of our unique and wonderful Australian wildlife. Students learnt about the different environments these animals inhabit, what they need to survive, their life cycles, man’s impact on their populations and what we can do to help them thrive.

GREENHOUSE PROJECT
Thank you to everyone who has already donated their spare plastic bottles so far, we are well on our way to getting the greenhouse up and running.
We still need more bottles, so please continue to bring in your spare 1.25L and 2L bottles and put them in the donation box at the office.
Please make sure to rinse the bottles before bringing them in so there is no spillage.
