There’s been a lot of   ✌️PEACE ✌️and ❤️LOVE ❤️ down in the garden this week. Our world famous finch, the toughest finch in the world, father to be .....AKA Rocky Balboa declares he’s a lover not a fighter. He’s leaving his bad finch image behind to focus on fatherhood. We’re proud of you Rock and so is his wife Adrienne. Hopefully by next week the eggs will have hatched. The Angels and Gurus are busily revamping the finch enclosure renaming it the ‘hippie house’. We’ll show you the the new look when the renovations are complete. Thanks Ruby, Monika, Hayley and all those who are contributing. Rocky Balboa in a hippie house - who would’ve thought it possible?

Our maternity ward is in full swing awaiting the arrival of our much loved guinea pig babies. They have swept, cleaned and preened pigs and pens to ensure a trouble free delivery. Tilly even added some tea lights to the ward for a little extra ambience. I can’t wait to see how many new fury friends we will have 🤪. Families will have the opportunity to adopt them so stay tuned for more details.  

Record numbers of Angels and Gurus continue to flock to the garden to help with many tasks -‘People Power🌻’. They have raked the orchid and animal pens, changed all animal bedding pens and swept out the chook pen. The animals are loving the sweet smell and taste of fresh lucerne hay.
