Wellbeing

From our Wellbeing leaders, Ally and Samuel

Hello Everyone!

I know this week has been a bit hard for some of you, but together we can get through this lockdown. If you need to have some emotional support, your parents or teachers are always there for you.

I'm going to start off now by saying what a wonderful week it has been because we’ve had more time to spend with our families, even if they are annoying sometimes.

Anyway enough about my family -  I’m just going to tell you that this week for me has been alright because I’ve completed all my work, not been yelled at by my parents (big relief) and most importantly, had fun!!

Earlier in the week, a task seemed impossible, so I went for a walk, kicked the footy and then returned to try to work through it.

I’d like to ask - have you filled a bucket today?

Have you performed any random ‘acts of kindness’?

If not, maybe do an act of kindness before the weekend.

Please make sure you don’t nag your parents' ears off and maybe let them relax. After all, they still feed you (which is the most important thing in the world), and have given you an education. (You can thank me later, parents!)

See you all soon,

Samuel

Hi Everyone!

I hope you all are coping with remote learning and doing a fantastic job.

My week has been great because I've been able to spend more time with my family and enjoy quality time with them.

Have you filled anyone's bucket at home?

Or have you done any random ‘Acts of Kindness’?

These are some things you might like to focus on and do.

I'm looking forward to seeing all of you really soon! Maybe Friday?

 See you all soon,

  Ally
