Snapshot of Learning by Prep

Last week the Prep students were busy preparing for Mothers Day celebrations and reflecting on all the wonderful things that their mums or carers do for them in their lives. There were stories about yummy food, reading together, outings in the park and bedtime cuddles and kisses. 

The students created their own wrapping paper using balloons and ink bubbles and made special presents for their mums. The children wrote about all the things that they love about their mum and included a picture. Thank you to the prep teachers for assisting in making beautiful gifts for all the mothers in prep. 

As a mum, I know there is nothing more special than receiving kind words from your child and a hand made gift made with love.
