Year 9 Becoming Men: Father-Son River Walk

The River Walk is the second event of the 2023 Becoming Men program, and aims to bring together the Year 9 students and their fathers (or father figures) for a relaxed morning of shared conversation combined with a bit of exercise and a light breakfast. Detailed information about this event was sent to Year 9 parents/guardians in week 1 of Term.

  • Date: Friday, 24 February 2023
  • Time: 6.15am arrival for a 6.30am start; ends at 8.15am
  • Venue: meet at Gibney Hall

No registrations are required, however all Year 9 students are expected to make every effort to be at this event. If for any reason a student is unable to attend, he is asked to speak with Head of Year 9, Mr Corey Miskiewicz.

Save the Date: International Women’s Day Breakfast

Please save the date for the 2023 TC International Women's Day Breakfast. The event, which will be held before school on Wednesday, 8 March,  will celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality. More information will be circulated soon.

2023 TC Family Night Under the Stars

Trinity College invites TC students and their families to a night under the stars. We have an amazing astronomy program at Trinity College, and a great observatory that our students can use to take images of the deep sky and learn about the universe we live in.

We will host volunteers from the Perth Observatory who will bring telescopes to show us close-up views of Jupiter, Saturn, the Orion Nebular and 47 Tuccanae Star Cluster.

Please bring along a picnic dinner for your family to sit out on Mann Oval from 7.00pm. The viewing will begin at approximately 8.00pm when it is dark enough. Please note, no alcohol is permitted as this is a family friendly event.

For more information, please email the Trinity College Observatory Manager Miss Gabrielle Ietto at: ietto.gabrielle@trinity.wa.edu.au
