Bookopoly - Staff Reading Challenge

Trinity’s Senior School staff from the Library, English Department and other willing participants have kicked off a staff reading challenge this week. Bookopoly involves reading around a Monopoly style board by selecting books to read based on different categories.

Whilst many amongst the staff cohort believe that Ms Su-fen Chung, HOLA English and avid reader is a shoe-in to take out first prize, she has been met with some strong competition in the first week of play.

Also off to a flying start are History buffs Mr David Borrello and Ms Jessica Mullahey, English teacher Ms Sharon Marwick who is in fine form and Head of Learning Support Mrs Leah Rodgers who has displayed and interesting competitive spirit. A special, if somewhat disappointing mention must go to Mr Michael Murphy from Physical Education who has tried to enter the competition with a selection of children’s books!

Stay tuned to this column for updates and play along at home to see if you can beat your teachers. It’s fair to say that it may be an easy feat if you’re inclined to pick up more than just a picture book.
