Check In Requirements 

Please remember the check-in requirements when visiting the College.

All parents, carers and visitors will now need to check in using the Check in TAS app when entering all school buildings, including classrooms, the College Office and canteen. 

Parents/carers are exempt from the check in requirement when they are dropping off or collecting a child from school and do not enter a school building.

Parents/carers are reminded to maintain appropriate social distancing of at least 1.5 metres from others wherever possible when onsite. Avoid physical greetings such as handshaking, hugs and kisses.

For parents, carers or any visitors who do not have the means of checking in with the app when wishing to enter a building are required to sign in at reception. 

Use of the check in app is not a substitute for the College's normal sign-in arrangements, it is an addition. For example, a parent help volunteer would need to check in and sign in whereas a parent coming to the office to sign out a child for a doctor's appointment would only need to check in.

Visitors to the College are reminded to use the hand sanitiser available at each entry point and parents/carers are reminded to keep your child/ren at home if they are unwell.
