Animal Origami
My Year 7 Chinese class has been learning the topic of animals for the last two weeks. To weave a creative element into their language skills and to add a bit of fun to their home learning, students have been following Youtube video clips to make frogs, dogs, cats, rabbits and cranes, and many more! I really enjoyed looking at these impressive origamis from my students.

La Torre Pendente: Eccoci alla Torre Pendente di Pisa! E’ stata costruita in 1773 e ha messo 200 anni per completare. E’ famosoa per il cedimento delle sue fondamenta, che lo aveva fatto inclinare.
La statua di Davide: Eccoci alla statua di Davide. Questo monumento si trova nella Galleria dell'Accademia, Firenze, Italia. La statua di Davide è fatta di marmo.
Il Duomo di Firenze: Oggi visitiamo Il Duomo di Firenze. Ha centinaia di anni di storia e è un capolavoro architettonico.

The Italian tour continues! Prof Allen’s YR 7 Italian class have covered a lot of new vocabulary and grammar during remote learning. They know family members, adjectives, verbs, possessives and the different rules that surround these concepts…SO as a slight reprieve they were asked to research some aspects of Italian cultural.
