Music Eisteddfod

Congratulations to the enormous number of participants at this year’s Music Eisteddfod. The high standard of performances was noted by our independent adjudicators and all students should be commended on their preparedness and musicality on the day. In another close contest, we are pleased to announce the overall winning house, for the second year in a row, is… Ward!

Our adjudicators had an incredibly difficult task in finding individual award winners from such a talented cohort and have nominated the following students:

These students will be presented with their trophies, medals and certificates at the Music Eisteddfod Winners’ Concert, which will be held in the GBLT this Sunday 24 June at 5:30pm. Outstanding Performers are asked to perform an encore of their Eisteddfod piece,  accompaniment is available from Mr Dockery (rehearsals can be booked in the Music Office).
