Year 10 Meningococcal ACWY School Based Immunisation 2018

Year 10 students in 2018 will be offered ACWY Meningococcal vaccine as part of the school based Immunisation program.

Department of Health Immunisation team will be visiting the College this Monday 25 June to administer this vaccine.

Information sheet and consent forms have been sent home with your child.

Please note, consent form attached. Consent forms will be accepted up to the day of vaccination.
