Year 12 Night of Music

From the elegance of Beethoven to the hard rock of Wolfmother, Friday 9 September saw the HSC Night of Music. This was the culmination of 12 months hard work by the students involved, and was enjoyed by the largest audience I have ever seen attend an HSC Night of Music.

Performing on the night were Jade-Lily McKeown, Charlotte Cooper, Aden Day and Joel Rue. They were ably accompanied by students from outside the class – Alan Read Patrick Le, Rebekah Lazarou, Madeline Cooper, Lucy Jones and Summer White; with lighting by Alana Bush and sound by Talitha Brown.

The night was nothing short of spectacular and was enjoyed by all who attended.

Last Wednesday 14 September these students again showed their stuff – this time to examiners from the Board of Studies in their HSC Practical Music exam. Again they performed brilliantly. I wish them all the best for their remaining HSC exams.
