New Garden - Year 12 2015 Gift to School

The Graduating Year 12 Class of 2015’s gift to the school has moved another step closer this week thanks to the amazing generosity of Bunnings Cowra. All plants now in the custom garden beds were donated by our local Bunnings and were installed with the help of Mr Hamer’s Stage 5 Geography class.

The final pieces of the puzzle (the custom paving) is set to arrive early next term for final installation. Thanks again to Bunnings Cowra - get down to their Spring Fair - and Mr Donnelly and his classes who have all put in countless hours in an effort to get this project finished for unveiling!​

Youth Peace Forum 

On Tuesday 20 September our newly appointed Prefects attended a Youth Peace Forum hosted by Cowra Youth Council. Also in attendance were leaders from Cowra Public, Mulyan Public and Holmwood Public Schools. Students were involved in workshops hosted by UN Youth Representatives and were based around world peace and the Global Sustainable Development Goals. Our students worked incredibly well, focusing on global issues.

Thank you to Cowra Youth Council for hosting an intriguing day that enabled us to think beyond the boundaries of our own society.
