A Tassie Debut! 

Congratulations to staff member Eamonn Vines who was selected to make his debut for Tasmania in the Sheffield Shield game against NSW. Sadly he got an 'interesting' decision first ball in the first dig but responded with a solid 38 in the second. He was playing alongside Old Virgilian Caleb Jewell (SVC 2010-2013).

Eamonn has re-located to Hobart having previously been a contracted player for Victoria. He is a History Teacher and previously worked at EREA school St Joseph's College in Geelong. 

Hopefully he and Caleb spend some time in the middle in future games!
