Year 9 Outdoor Ed

Anglesea Surf Camp

Fourteen Year 9 Outdoor Education students enjoyed a three day Surf Camp at Anglesea in Week 6. They participated in a body boarding session, two surfing sessions, a coastal hike and a visit to the Australian National Surf Museum.

Students reported the surfing was the highlight of their trip. All students challenged themselves, showed resilience and managed to successfully ride the waves. It was wonderful to see them encouraging one another and model the school values. A successful first Outdoor Education camp for these students.
