Shared Stories 2022
"IMAGINE IF"
This year at Killester we will be running the “Shared Stories Creatives” co-curricular lunchtime group again.
Shared Stories is an annual anthology of creative works including both written texts and visual artworks by primary and secondary school students from Catholic schools across Victoria. This year is its 17th year and the anthology forms part of the permanent collection of the State Library of Victoria. The theme for 2022 is "Imagine If…….."
Participants have the opportunity to become a published artist or author, receive a book with their work published in and be part of the virtual launch. This activity is open to all year levels, 7-12.
On Friday the 25th of March an introduction presentation and sign up for “Shared Stories” happened during lunchtime in the Year 7 area. It was very exciting to see so many students attend from a range of year levels and we look forward to seeing what is created and presented this year.
