Food Studies - Welcome back!

It has been fantastic to welcome our new Year 8 students into the Gillard Centre kitchen over the past few weeks in Food Studies. Students have already made a range of dishes from egg and bacon baskets to scones and apricot lattice.

Students in Years 9-12 have relished being back on site and cooking with their classmates again. A few of the creations whipped up so far include: Thai beef salad, san choy bao, porcupine meatballs and farro risotto.

There has certainly been a buzz in the kitchens and we are looking forward to the rest of the year!
