HARMONY DAY AT ST JOSEPH'S

Sunday 21st March was Harmony Day in the community. It is a day to celebrate the diverse cultures that enrich Australian society. At St Joseph's, we chose today, Friday 26th March to celebrate on a school day. The children have had amazing discussions in their classes about how we show respect for other people, and the many ways that people belong in our St Joseph's community.

We wear orange as orange represents communication and meaningful conversation. It is worn to encourage mutual respect and the freedom of ideas.
