Athletics Carnival

A great day at Coburg track

It was so good to be back at the track this year and the carnival was a great day for NHS School Athletics.  The weather was fantastic, with sunscreen in high demand. Students really got into the spirit of the day, dressing in house colours, and it was excellent to see so many of them competing and supporting each other in events from track and field to novelty - which are always a hit.  

Overall winners of the track and field events will go through to the Division Athletics which will be held at Meadowglen Athletics track on 28 May. 

Many thanks to our staff and student sports captains who made the day run seamlessly. Thank you to our students, spectators and participants for making this day such a big success. 

This year's winning House was PLENTY with a runaway 672 Points! Well done to all involved.
