Respectful Relationships

BASELINE ASSESSMENT FOR RIPPONLEA'S RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS

In our ambition to continuously improve our practices, we have just undertaken a baseline assessment to establish an understanding of our strengths as a school and where we can grow further with our development of a respectful culture. The baseline assessment consisted of 35 statements categorised into the six elements of the whole-school approach we wish to develop.

Liz Sleeth, from Caulfield Community Health Services, has today helped us review our baseline results to develop a range of actions such as deepening our professional learning as a staff and incorporating student voice in our chosen activities.

In the next fortnight we will share some of the actions after we have met with our parent representatives, Lena and Kara. We are also working towards a whole-staff workshop on Respectful Relationships in the middle of this term. We look forward to providing you with updates next fortnight!
