Victorian Premiers' Reading Challenge

The Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge is Nearly at an End!

 

Given that there are less than three weeks to go before The Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge ends, please encourage your children to log in and upload their reading logs to the VPRC website before Monday, 29th August 2022.

All children who meet the requirements of the Challenge will receive a certificate of achievement signed by the Victorian Premier.

 

Rules for students:

  1. All students have been registered and should use their personal username and password to keep a record of their reading on this website https://www.vic.gov.au/school-student-and-parents-taking-part-premiers-reading-challenge#logging-in-with-a-challenge-passcode
     
  2. Students must have all of their books entered online before Monday, 29th August 2022.  A minimum number of books are to be selected from the VPCR booklist on the website. The rest may be students’ personal choice https://www.vic.gov.au/premiers-reading-challenge-book-lists
     
  3. If students are in Prep, Year 1 or Year 2 , they may read books by themselves or with someone else, eg a parent, teacher, brother or sister, classmate, buddy or friend. They may help or may read the books to students who are just learning to read
  4. Online books will be verified by a coordinator in school before the end of the Challenge
  5. All books must be uploaded online before Monday, 29th August 2022.

Please ensure that students mark their books as ‘finished’ so that I can verify them.
