Primo Band'

After starting instrumental music lessons in term one, the students in year 7 have now learned to read music notation and can play 6 or 7 notes with a certain degree of control. As a result we have started rehearsing the Year 7 Primo Band on Friday mornings at a chilly 8am. Ms Holly Moore is the conductor and is assisted by the other members of the music department. We are hoping to put on a performance early in Term 3.

Southern Metro Region Stringfest

This week BSC hosted Southern Metro Region Stringfest involving over 100 students from other schools. The event was a great success and inspired our students to strive for new heights on their chosen instrument.
