School Picnic Event Team

Our annual whole school picnic is coming back in Term 4 on 28th October!

We are calling out for Year 4 and 5 parent volunteers to form the School Picnic Event Team and organise this event for our school community! More hands make light work. 

If you are from a different Year Level and are keen to help, feel free to volunteer as well.

We are hoping this event will be bigger and better than we remembered. We are currently exploring how to add a bit of a carnival twist! 

Tasks to be allocated include: booking a DJ, organise sausage sizzle BBQ / food stall, organise ticketing for rides/games, coordinating a roster of volunteers on the day, creating a poster and publicising the event.

You will be guided by experienced PA members and be provided with resources.
