Monday Assembly: Super Student Awards
We are delighted to announce that whole school assemblies will be returning to ASPS. Next week's assembly will be on the basketball court but we expect that fortnightly assemblies will eventually be held again in our multi-purpose hall. This is very exciting for us as we haven't held in-person whole school assemblies since 2020!
At next week's Monday assembly (9:15am start), the following students will be presented with Super Student Awards:

2022 ASPS School Disco
2022 Parent/Carer Opinion Survey Reminder
All ASPS parents and carers are invited to participate in this year's Parent and Carer Opinion Survey. The results of this survey helps the school to be responsive to the needs of our community by highlighting and celebrating our strengths while also identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.
The Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey will be conducted from Monday 15th August to Friday 16th September.
The survey is conducted online, only takes 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time within the fieldwork period on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones. The online survey is available in a range of languages other than English. These include: Arabic, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Chin (Hakha), Hindi, Japanese, Somali, Turkish, Punjabi and Greek.

Swimming Program Survey Results
Thank you to the large number of families (91 families) who took the time to complete our short swimming program survey. This information, combined with feedback from teachers has enabled us to form a clear view as to the preferred model for 2023. Parent and staff feedback was closely aligned with a very strong preference for the 10-day intensive model. As such, this will be the format for our 2023 programs.
