Year 7 Immunisations and Year 10 catch-up

Year 7 Students will receive their second dose of the Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on Thursday, the 15th of September. The form returned at the beginning of the year has consented for the second dose as well, therefore no forms are required to be returned.

If any Year 10 Students missed out on their Meningococcal immunisation, these can be completed on this day as well. A consent form will need to be completed, please collect and return the form to our Administration Office.
