Mindfulness


In Mindfulness, we focussed on the topic of Recognising Emotions. Students needed to think of different emotions they may feel throughout the day and draw where in their body they would feel it. For example, I am nervous and when I feel nervous I get butterflies in my belly.

In RRRR, we focussed on Positive Relationships. This week we needed to focus on how we communicate in order to maintain positive relationships with the people in our lives. We transformed into a human knot and needed to discuss and have a plan about how we are going to untangle ourselves.

 

Anteo – it was hard because we needed to have specific instructions.
